Concrete Overlay
An overlay offers all the aesthetic benefits of conventional stamped concrete, but is applied over existing concrete. Decorative concrete overlays allow you to duplicate the beauty and texture of natural brick, wood, and tile without having to replace your concrete.
Interior Overlay
While we can't take credit for these photographs (thanks to the realtor's photographer when this million dollar home went on the market), we can take credit for this interior overlay, which resembles large square tiles with a Tuscan themed finish.
Note: this job was an overlay over top an existing concrete floor. This option can still be achieved by putting down cement board over your existing flooring.
